Though RE/MAX Premier started small with just a few agents, it has steadily grown into a highly successful brokerage with over 30 agents. Managing Broker, Stacy Latimer, holds each agent accountable for managing their business with integrity, growth, and "to create and live an abundant life," for themselves and their clients.
Stacy has been in the Real Estate industry since 2000 and has worked in just about every possible position in Real Estate. She has worked as a Licensed Assistant, Office Manager, and currently as Managing Broker. She dedicates much of her day to the support and growth of the incredible agents in the office! Stacy does actively sell Real Estate and primarily works in Residential Resale and has experience in New Home Construction. Stacy loves working with all types of buyers and sellers and loves helping her clients find the home of their dreams.
Marv Schellenberg is the founder and Broker Owner of RE/MAX Premier. After receiving his Real Estate license in 1978, Marv started Premier Realty in 1988 and founded Schellenberg Development in 1989. He later purchased the RE/MAX Franchise in 2000 and formed what is now known as RE/MAX PREMIER.
Marv currently is a member of the Wichita Area Builders Association, Realtors Political Action Committee, the National Association of Realtors, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Realtors of South Central Kansas Government Affairs Committee.
Morgan is the Marketing Coordinator for RE/MAX Premier. She grew up in Texas and moved to Wichita, KS in 2013 to attend Friends University. She graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in Business Administration and Spanish. Morgan started her career with RE/MAX Premier in May of 2019, working both as Stacy's assistant and the Front Office Coordinator, and was transitioned to Marketing Coordinator in 2020.
Accounting & HR Manager
Tami Caffrey has worked for RE/MAX Premier for 13 years. After working 16 years as an Administrative Assistant for the Research and Development department of a multinational corporation in the food industry, their relocation out of state brought her to her new career with both RE/MAX Premier and Schellenberg Development Company beginning as an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator and most recently as Accounting/HR Manager.
Front Office Coordinator
Jamie Doonan joined RE/MAX Premier in July of 2020 as the Front Office Coordinator and Stacy's Assistant. Jamie was raised in Kalamazoo, Michigan and graduated from Western Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a focus on Creative Writing and a Minor in Communications. Jamie handles the day to day functions of the office for RE/MAX Premier and Schellenberg Development Company and holds a vital role in keeping the office running smoothly. When she is not at the office, Jamie enjoys reading, writing, biking, going to the beach, and shopping at second-hand retail stores.
After 2 years of working in the real estate industry and 14 years of financial experience, Bryce joined the RE/MAX Premier family in July 2020 as the Chief Financial Officer. Bryce has always had an interest in the real estate industry, so with his previous work in lending, research support, leasing, and construction, joining the team was an obvious and comfortable fit.When he is not working, Bryce spends time with his wife, Jessica, and their four children. Typically, Bryce can be found coaching or watching his children in baseball, softball, football, wrestling or soccer or working on his family's farm.
