We want to help your business grow and get you started on the right track. In addition to our weekly training for all agents, we also incorporate a separate training for new agents to develop their business. 

Each week, we hold training sessions to answer questions you may have, go over new documents, and run through ways to help your business grow. Don't worry if you can't make it, we share a live feed on our closed Facebook group so you won't miss out. 

We open up some of our training solely to share the do's and don'ts that we have each learned along the way. You have the opportunity to share with others the habits that you developed to maintain an organized, successful business. 

We strive to hold each agent accountable for growing their business in a professional and ethical manner, holding positivity, enthusiasm, respect, honesty, and integrity as their core values. We offer to check in with agents, if requested, to track goal progress and overall discipline in their business.
